Welcome to Accesspeak Grooming Salon. These Terms of Service govern your use of our grooming services in Lakemba, NSW. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. Our primary goal is to provide a safe, relaxing, and professional experience for your pet.
2. Grooming Services & Safety
We provide professional grooming for dogs and cats, including breed-specific haircuts, nail trimming, and coat treatments. To ensure safety:
- Pets must be up to date on vaccinations.
- Owners must disclose any aggressive tendencies or health conditions.
- We reserve the right to refuse service if a pet poses a risk to staff or other animals.
3. Bookings & Cancellations
Online bookings are available for your convenience. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may need to be rescheduled to maintain our salon schedule.
4. Liability & Care
While we use the utmost care and gentle techniques, Accesspeak Grooming Salon is not liable for pre-existing conditions revealed during grooming or accidents resulting from non-disclosure of a pet's medical history or temperament.
